Almoner has secured cooperation with Three (3) Foreign Modular Refinery manufacturers in America and Asia and we are Ready, Willing and Able to enter a supply and installation contract with any indigenous and capable companies for the Modular Refineries with different capacity in Nigeria.

The equipment comes in different modules of 100,000 Metric Tons per year to 500,000 Metric Tons per year (730,000 bpy – 3,650,000 bpy) approximate yearly production capacity and products after installation as follows:,

Premium Motor Spirit - PMS – Petro,
Dual Purpose Kerosene - DPK – Kerosene,
Automotive Gasoline Oil - AGO – Diesel Oil
As well as Residue as by-product - LPFO / BITUMEN

The Scope of Work includes:
Designs and Conceptual studies of the project and location.
Complex of refinery equipment (assemble, installation in the propose location and commissioning),
Training of engineers for maintenance of the refineries,
Construction of Storage Tank facility for the feed and the refined petroleum products.
Welding work on site staff of the Customer (Local Content) under the control of our engineer).
Almoner shall performs the site construction for placement of Capacitive tanks, build an office and within an area of 10,000 square meters,
Building a boiler room - up to 500 square meters
Conducts all necessary preparatory work site to start installation of the equipment and to start work on welding tanks.
Container will be delivered from port to the site of the Customer.
Full permission documentation and work permits for employees of ALMONER/Manufacturer/Client that will be located on the site in the construction of oil refineries for a given period of time (supervision on the implementation of civil works, assembly equipment, supervision of welding, start-up).



On behalf of the buyer, the project shall be presented to the Board of the National Content Monitoring board and shall also be presented to the Directorate of Petroleum Resources (DPR) for an application to obtain:

LICENSE TO ESTABLISH (LTE)
LICENSE TO CONSTRUCT (LTC) AND
A LICENSE TO OPERATE (LTO)

Site Suitability Assessment
The proposed axis must be found to be suitable based on the following parameters
Land approximate of from 1 Acre to 10 Hectares of land for 500,000 Metric Tons per year capacity.
Identifying site alternatives
Proximity to the Atlantic Ocean shoreline, Creek or River with a minimum River depth of 4 meters - 7 meters
Proximity to a Railway line
Proximity to land
Presence of Crude Oil in the proposed axis
Adequate security within the project axis
Friendly and accepting host community
