Petroleum Recourses EGASPIN.

Department of Petroleum
Resources (DPR) Accredited
Agency on Environmental
Assessment and Petroleum
Operations Data Analysis), we
are capable of procuring for new
Filling Station, Approval to
Construct (ATC) and a Storage
License from the DPR as well as
a Bulk Purchase license from the
PPMC/NNPC.

The petroleum Marketing Outfit
from construction to
Commissioning Scope of work is
in Three (3) stages and
requirements as listed below
STAGE 1 - APPROVAL TO CONSTRUCT
a. Scope of Work (SOW) and Terms
of Reference (TOR) on
Environmental Data gathering to
be submitted to DPR.
b. Soil sample and Air quality
will be taking at site for 2
seasons. Exercise shall be
witnessed by the official of the
DPR
c. Laboratory result submitted
to DPR for ATC to be issued.
d. Other Documents as Police
Report, fire safety Report,
State environmental Clearance
Certificate, Drawings and
approved Survey plan with the
copy of the EIA will be
submitted to DPR.
STAGE 2 - STORAGE LICENSE
a. Storage tanks Leak Detection
exercise shall be witnessed by
DPR at site.
b. Storage tank’s Pressure
testing shall be witnessed by
DPR at site.
c. Storage tanks burial shall
also be witnessed by the DPR
officials.
d. Supervision of the station
construction shall be in
accordance with the DPR
requirements from Inception to
Commissioning.
e. Other documents as may be
required by the DPR.
STAGE 3 - BULK PURCHASE LICENSE
a. Appearance and Letter of
application to the NNPC / PPMC
Abuja.
b. Verification Exercise from
the PPMC Warri or Mosimi area
office and the report submitted
to PPMC Abuja.
c. All other documents as may be
required by PPMC for the purpose
of bulk Purchase Agreement with
the Corporation.
d. Official payment to the
treasury. |
